Beyond Neutral® is only company operating in the greenhouse and sustainability sectors that offers the services of the 2009 Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) of the Year.

This award recognises his “outstanding contribution to environmental practice in recent years, particularly in the areas of carbon emission assessments and climate change mitigation”.

CEnvP is the environment profession’s certification program established by EIANZ and formally recognised by the Australian Government as an official Certification scheme.

In 2005, our director was the first person ever presented with a CEnvP certificate by the Institute and he has been continuously certified since.

His certification indicates that his peers consider him to be a competent environmental professional who applies high professional and ethical standards while demonstrating a commitment to responsible environmental management.

Certification demonstrates that his environmental skills and knowledge meet national standards and clearly recognises his education, training and experience levels, providing assurance with respect to his competence and performance as a professional.

This scheme has been designed to conform with the international standard ISO/IEC 17024 “Conformity assessment – General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons”. As such, applicants are rigorously examined against the selection criteria.

The following constitute the minimum requirements for Certification.
